To review, Manta finds a note. Then he strangles a guy for a while, and asks him some really hard questions. You know, if thugs aren't gonna tell you anything, Manta, you might as well just rip their heart out and show it to him before he dies. Besides, there are a couple thousand people in Hong Kong that need pirated hearts for pirated transplants, so they can train pirate surgeons.
